DESCRIPTION:

This outfitter's Mountain Goat area is home to some great billies and a lot of them. The terrain consists of beautiful open country, rolling hills and high plateaus. Horses are used on each hunt and they help with logistical support if travel up to the plateaus is needed. In addition, they can access some higher elevation lakes via floatplane where the horses cannot venture. They have between 850+ goats in their territory alone and they have consistently done very well, with most years taking 90-100% of their allotted quota. Mountain Goat hunts require a great deal of determination and a high degree of conditioning from the hunter. If you're a mountain hunter you know that goats live on the vertical making these the most physically demanding hunts in North America. It is best that you are in shape for the mountains and ready to be pushed to your limits if the opportunity requires it, and so that you can take advantage of every opportunity. The HFA team has hunted with this outfitter several times and stands behind them as an HFA Endorsed Outfitter.

This outfitter has combined two of British Columbia’s premier guide territories to offer an opportunity that's unmatched with over 50 years in operation. With the hunting area being on both sides of a major world renowned river, it gives them pristine wilderness habitat that holds excellent game populations with both Pacific and Arctic watersheds that supports world class hunting and fishing. This family owned operation is actively involved in the family business and they all work in the organization in some capacity year round.
