The hunt occurs the first 15 days of November each year and the outfitter has a limited allocation making it a high demand hunt. To give you an idea, last year the saw approximately 54 bulls inside of the 15 day hunt window they have. Bulls must either have 10 points or 3 off the brow to be legal. The area produces above average bulls. If a hunter can hold off of the trigger, a larger bull could realistically be the end result. Just as it is in any area around the globe, the average size can vary widely, as it depends on many factors, including age, genetics, and nutrition. The genetics are there, and the area is known for producing impressive Canadian Moose that most all hunters would be excited to hunt and/or harvest.
