This outfitter has been hunting, guiding, and outfitting in Arizona since he was 10 years old. Without missing a single year for the past 30+ years, this family-run operation been a part of countless trophy elk hunts. They have guided clients for all seasons that Arizona has to offer, and they only guide a few clients each year. This outfitter provides valuable assistance, including knowledge of elk movements, hunting strategies, and access to prime hunting areas.

As for their camps, they setup a great camp with 5th-wheel trailers, all of the amenities of home, and a great team of guides. With home-cooked meals for breakfast and dinner, and sack lunches for in the field, you won't ever have to worry about being hungry. They run top-of-the-line vehicles and ATV's/UTV's, allowing access into every area that they hunt, regardless of the terrain. Their guides are very knowledgeable with all weapons/seasons, no matter if it's archery, muzzleloader, or rifle.

The units that they focus on in the the more Eastern parts of Arizona are home to a healthy population of Rocky Mountain elk, offering hunters ample opportunities for successful hunts. The region's diverse terrain, including mountains, forests, and grasslands, provides suitable habitat for elk populations to thrive. It's renowned for producing trophy-quality elk with impressive antler size. The combination of favorable habitat, genetics, and careful wildlife management practices has contributed to the growth of large and robust elk populations in the region.

Much of the elk hunting occurs in remote and rugged wilderness areas, which limits access and minimizes hunting pressure. For many hunters, the opportunity to venture into these pristine wilderness areas and experience solitude amidst stunning landscapes is a significant draw. The terrain can be rugged and challenging, providing a demanding hunting experience that appeals to adventurous hunters seeking a physical and mental challenge. Negotiating steep slopes, dense forests, and high elevations adds an extra layer of excitement and difficulty to the hunt. Additionally, hunters should be prepared for variable weather conditions.

Overall, the combination of abundant elk populations, quality trophy opportunities, challenging terrain, wilderness experiences, and regulated hunting opportunities makes Eastern Arizona a highly desirable destination for elk hunters seeking memorable and rewarding hunting experiences.
