2021 Utah License & Permit Fee Changes for Non-residents

As of March 30, 2020 a new bill (House Bill 8) was signed into law by Governor Gary Herbert. This bill took effect on July 1, 2020. License and permit fees have been changed for non-resident hunters and applicants and began on July 1. See below for more information.
