Gunwerks’ optics division, Revic Optics, has done it again with the new Acura laser rangefinding binocular complete with an onboard ballistics solver and environmental sensors to provide everything you need to glass, range, and account for wind, all in one incredible device. The laser rangefinder and onboard ballistic solver are capable out to 5,000 yards, and your rifle profiles are easily transferred via the free Revic Ops mobile app via Bluetooth. The Acura series binocular features 10x magnification and 42mm objective and boasts a large 321-foot field of view at 1,000 yards. It also features extra low dispersion (ED) glass, chosen for its superior clarity vs. HD.

“I’ve always been intrigued by combining a ballistic calculator within my most used optic, my binoculars. However, the extra weight and overall size of rangefinding binoculars have usually kept me away from making the switch. In the current age of BDC drop turrets or exposed MOA turrets, having a yardage-only rangefinder is essentially obsolete. In order to be more precise and effective, I need to know the exact ballistic solution, and I need it right away. I do not want to go to a chart, phone, or secondary device to find out how many clicks to dial on my scope. While a few optic companies have produced such devices, most of them seem to lack key elements, either the glass is lower quality than should be accompanying the advanced onboard calculator or the solution is too complicated and requires an additional device to be able to dial the scope into the exact solution.

This new Acura BLR10b binocular changes the game for rangefinding binoculars. The HD glass has the next level clarity I demand while glassing and rifle hunting. The overall shallow depth allows them to easily fit in my smaller binocular harness and isn’t too bulky in the hand like some other rangefinding binoculars. My wife and I had the opportunity to use these binoculars on a recent plains game hunt in Namibia and were very impressed with their size, function, and quality!” – Austin Atkinson, Hunt Advisor
