With the arrival of the first blossoms, the older aged class Ibexes drop in elevation to feed. Spring ushers in milder temperatures and extended daylight hours. This season also witnesses the remarkable congregation of Ibex herds, with gatherings of 20-40 billies. The Beceite Ibex is a captivating subspecies of the Iberian ibex family.
