This outfitter has been in operation since 2010, offering hunts in one of the best areas that Alaska has to offer. This is a do-it-yourself (DIY) moose combo hunt opportunity for hunters that can hunt on their own without a guide. All DIY hunters to date have been successful in harvesting their moose. The tags are acquired over-the-counter for all species included with this hunt. Additional species include Black Bear, Wolf, and Wolverine. Caribou can also be hunted, but a tag must be drawn first. The application period begins in November each year to apply.

So you will find yourself above tree-line, down lower along the rivers edge, or overlooking mountain lakes. Calling is the best thing do, and as little movement as possible to control spreading your scent around too much is key.
