DESCRIPTION:

Kansas is known as one of the top producers of trophy whitetail, and this outfitter operates in some of the best units the state has. Whether you're a young first-time hunter, or a seasoned veteran, this outfitter is a great option as they can accommodate all types of clients. This hunt requires that you draw a tag, and the units to apply for are UNITS 11 and 6. Make sure and talk to your Hunt Advisor about properly applying for the unit(s), season(s), and weapon applicable to your preferences and the outfitter's schedule and availability.

This Kansas outfitter operates in two different game management units. One is in Central Kansas, and the other is in Southeast Kansas. They hunt on thousands of acres that are privately owned and/or operated, providing world-class opportunities in some of the best regions in the state. Their areas are comprised primarily of private farms, food plots, fields, timber and hardwoods, creek bottoms, and CRP fields. They know whitetail and have been doing what they do since the 90's. They take their role as an outfitter and guides seriously, especially when it comes down to the variables that they have control of. Variables such as meals, accommodations, guides, stands and stand locations, scouting, scent, wind, equipment, timing, and the list goes one.

As you will see in their gallery, they are consistently producing above average bucks with an overall average between high 140's to low 150's, with multiple bucks ranging between 160" to 200"+. Opportunity rates are as good as they get, and their managed deer numbers are equally as good. As we all know, success is based on many factors such as trophy hunters, missed opportunities, quality of hunters, etc. All clients will be hunting from a variety of stands consisting of 4x4 to 4x8 towers, two-man ladder stands (with covers), tri-pods, ladder stands, ground blinds (double bull archery blinds), and lock-on stands using climbing sticks or climbing pegs. Stands vary from 12ft to 25ft.

Hunters stay in comfortable cabins or the main lodge, depending on the area/unit. Non of the accommodations are ritzy, but they're comfortable, clean, and functional. There have been no complaints to date.
