Join this small family operated outfit that offers hunters the opportunity to hunt private property in Alberta! Great views and excellent hunting awaits you on this full section of managed private ground. With effective predator control in place along with habitat improvements that benefit the moose, whitetails, and grouse, you are sure to see plenty of wildlife as you hunt the property. If a full mile x mile piece of ground isn't enough for you, the outfitter also hunts nearby public if good bulls have been located there.
Hunters will stay in a furnished, heated camper co-located near the guide / cook cabin. Wake up warm and enjoy a hot shower after a day afield. Days start early and a light breakfast and a cup of hot coffee will be ready for you in the guide cabin. Depart the cabin on foot or via ATV and head toward proven locations that have a history of success. Head in for lunch and enjoy a break before the evening hunt. Spot and stalk and calling are primary methods, many bulls are spotted from the ATV!
The new meat shack should be complete and hunters will have a facility to butcher their bulls before heading home. These folks aren't trying to rush you out the door though! With multiple maintained trails planted with clover, the grouse hunting is second to none. Take some time to put a few birds in the bag before heading back south.
High success on bull moose is the priority for the outfitter but whitetails also enjoy the well-managed property. Talk with your HFA Advisor to discuss the possibility of a combo with your moose hunt! Or maybe a wolf interests you more. The outfitter will through in a wolf tag and may also have an active bait for those that want a chance at a wolf. There is plenty to keep you occupied after your tag is full and you waiting on your buddy
