ABOUT OUTFITTER:
This outfitter offers customized, remote Alaskan hunting adventures built around clear communication, detailed preparation, and a commitment to delivering on expectations. Their team is made up of seasoned, licensed guides with extensive experience operating in Alaska’s rugged backcountry. Each hunt is carefully designed around the client’s goals, experience level, physical ability, and desired adventure.

These hunts are focused on more than just harvesting an animal. The experience includes early morning glassing sessions, close encounters in true wilderness country, fishing opportunities, remote travel, and the challenge of hunting in one of the most unforgiving environments in North America. Their operation is known for quality organization, realistic expectations, ethical hunting practices, and access to remote areas far from hunting pressure.

HUNT DETAILS:
A September moose and brown bear combo hunt is also offered for hunters looking for an extended Alaskan adventure. This is a 15-day hunt conducted deep in remote country with very limited outside pressure. The primary focus is moose, with brown bear available on a trophy fee basis. Access is by multiple flights after arriving in Alaska, placing hunters into remote lake country where inflatable canoes and spike camps are used. This hunt is currently in high demand and booked several years in advance.

Late-season brown bear hunts begin after the moose season and are based from the same remote camp system. These hunts are focused specifically on brown bear, with the goal of hunting bears that are feeding on natural food sources and moose carcasses from earlier hunts. Hunters should expect the opportunity for mature bears, with 8.5’ to 9.0’ bears being a realistic expectation.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
These hunts are true wilderness expeditions and require multiple bush flights after arriving in Alaska. Hunters should expect remote spike-style camps equipped with quality tents and cots. Meals are a combination of fresh foods and freeze-dried options, with plenty of snacks provided to keep hunters fueled throughout the hunt.

LICENSE INFORMATION:
Hunters will need to obtain the appropriate Alaska hunting license, brown bear locking tag, and any additional tags required for combo hunt species. For the August brown bear and fishing combo hunt, hunters should also plan for any required fishing license.

The outfitter will provide guidance on the necessary licensing and tag requirements before the hunt. Clients are responsible for securing the proper licenses, tags, travel arrangements to the designated in-state arrival point, and any personal gear required for the hunt. Once hunters arrive at the designated bush flight hub, additional in-field transportation and logistics are included as outlined in the hunt package.
