These Baja Blacktail hunts take place in North Baja on over 130,000 acres of free range country. The hunts are conducted using high rack trucks and spot and stalk. This outfitter has been operating in Mexico since 2000, and is very established across numerous species and opportunities. Through the years this outfitter has selected prime hunting ranches that will provide the best possible trophy in the area being hunted. They manage their properties and they are not over-hunted. They have worked hard to search out the best guides in every region in order to supply a first class service and experience a client expects when hunting in Mexico.
The season starts mid October and runs all the way to the end of December where the peak of the rut is generally late November and early December.
You need to fly into San Diego, CA airport where the outfitter picks you up and drops you back off back after the hunt is over. 4 hunters can comfortably hunt at the same time during this hunt. It's a 5 day hunt period, and each client is guided on a 1 on 1 hunt.
