DESCRIPTION:

This Iowa outfitter operates in zones 4 and 5. They are located in the rolling hills and hardwoods of Southern Iowa, and they hunt on over 8,000 acres of leased private ground. These hunts are fully guided. Hunt methods are ground blinds, tree stands, and heated shooting houses over food plots. Other areas consist of hardwood bottoms and row crops. The return client rate is high, and they take quite a few hunters each year, with limited availability, so it may take a few years to draw the tag and planning is a must.

Although there is no additional fee to hunt what this outfitter deems as one of their trophy properties, they have a higher minimum on these locations. They feel this is the only way they can offer year in and out true trophy class whitetails. The only way a deer can reach his full potential is to be passed up his first 3-4 years of life. These properties provide the basic cover, seclusion, and food to give him that chance. The outfitter's trophy properties offer a much lower success rate, yet have a much higher population of world-class deer.

They have 3 different lodges and offer true home cooked meals at all of them. As a fully guided and outfitted archery whitetail hunt, this option is hard to beat!
