HUNT DETAILS:
The Black Bear population in this region of Alaska is thriving, providing hunters with excellent opportunities for success. From a stationary vantage point, it’s common to spot multiple bears at once. Black Bear hunting is a fantastic value, making it an ideal choice for those new to Alaska, youth hunters, or anyone looking for a summer hunt when other seasons are closed. This hunt is predominantly conducted using spot-and-stalk methods, allowing hunters to experience the thrill of tracking and pursuing bears in their natural habitat. However, for those who prefer a different approach, baiting can be arranged with advance notice. With high bear densities, stunning landscapes, and flexible hunting styles, this adventure offers an exciting and accessible way to explore Alaska’s wilderness while pursuing one of North America’s most abundant and elusive big game species.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
The lodge offers top-tier amenities, including a spacious living room, bar and billiards room, sauna, dining room, and private guest rooms with bathrooms. Guests also enjoy satellite TV, WiFi, and laundry service. For those in tent camps, enjoy a well-equipped mountain-style setup with freeze-dried meals and fresh food flown in at the start. Designed for efficiency and comfort, these camps provide a dry, reliable base, ensuring hunters stay energized and focused on their Alaskan adventure.
