They hunt over 12,000 exclusive acres of property on over 70 different farms with 100+ preset ladder and hang-on stands, and over 30 elevated hunting blinds all over standing crop of food plots. Their properties offer a perfect blend of crop, crp, timber and food plots. Hunters appreciate that they take the time to make sure they’re getting what they want out of their hunting trip, and they voice that year in and year out. They're educated on seed, mineral, and food plot techniques to ensure they have the maximum draw to keep deer coming back to their properties. They run over 60 cellular cameras to stay tuned with their deer so they can make moves as needed day to day throughout each hunt. They want to do everything in their power to ensure the best experience possible.

Their lodging is brand new and it’s the perfect location in the heart of Zone 6 and minutes from some of the best ground in Zone 5. The lodge comes with a 40 yard indoor 3D range, a rustic private bar, ozone activated locker room, a large lounge area, dining hall, and 6 rooms all with flat screen TV’s, comfy beds and private bathrooms. Aside from amazing whitetail hunting, the lodging is a first class experience for sure!

APPLY TO DRAW TAG: All non-resident deer tags in the state of Iowa are issued through a drawing process. The application period for applying for deer tags is always the first Saturday in May through the first Sunday in June. This is the same time that preference points are on sale for those who have decided not to apply for a deer tag.
