ABOUT OUTFITTER:
This HFA endorsed outfitter offers an uncompromising African safari experience in one of the continent’s last great wilderness strongholds. Rooted in Botswana’s legendary hunting heritage and guided by deep respect for the land, this outfitter specializes in exceptional safari experiences that blend adventure, authenticity, and professionalism at the highest level.

Operating in some of Botswana’s most remote and game-rich regions, this outfitter provides access to vast landscapes where wildlife moves freely and nature dictates the rhythm of each day. From the open floodplains and thick riverine forests to rugged bushveld and pristine wilderness concessions, every safari is shaped by the raw beauty and untamed character that Botswana is famous for.

HUNT DETAILS:
Plains game hunting in Botswana offers a unique blend of vast wilderness, low hunting pressure, and classic African safari atmosphere. These hunts are conducted on an expansive concession totaling nearly 300,000 acres in the Kalahari. This creates opportunities to pursue species such as kudu, gemsbok (oryx), impala, blue wildebeest, eland, and warthog in truly free-range conditions. The terrain ranges from Kalahari sandveld to vast acacia woodland, requiring hunters to adapt their stalking techniques to open country, thick bush, and seasonal water sources.

The experience typically centers around spot-and-stalk hunting, guided by experienced professional hunters and local trackers who read tracks and interpret subtle signs in the sand. Ethical, fair-chase principles are emphasized, with careful shot placement and respect for wildlife and habitat. Beyond the hunt itself, plains game safaris in Botswana often provide close encounters with diverse non-hunted wildlife—elephants, giraffes, and predators—enhancing the sense of being immersed in one of Africa’s last great wild landscapes. For many hunters, Botswana represents a more traditional, wilderness-focused safari compared to more intensively managed hunting destinations.

These hunts are conducted by highly experienced professional hunters, trackers, and camp staff—individuals whose lives are deeply connected to the bush and whose skills are forged through years of hands-on experience. Their intimate knowledge of animal behavior, terrain, and tracking ensures ethical, challenging, and rewarding safaris that honor both tradition and modern conservation principles.

Each safari is tailored to the individual client. Whether pursuing dangerous game, plains game, or a combination of both, every hunt is carefully planned to match the hunter’s goals, experience level, and expectations. These hunts emphasize fair-chase hunting conducted responsibly and respectfully, ensuring that each pursuit is as meaningful as it is demanding.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
Accommodations consist of four spacious, fully air-conditioned stone thatched cottages with en-suite bathrooms and three large Meru tents under thatched roofs with wooden doors and en-suite bathrooms. Each luxurious room is equipped with a mini-bar, coffee station, in-room safe, hair-dryer, fan and a private veranda with exquisite views of the serene waterhole.

This camp can accommodate twelve guests at one time with the possibility to accommodate more guests for larger groups in additional accommodations if pre-arranged.

The camp has an eco-friendly swimming pool, on a raised platform, hidden between the trees which overlooks the hippo pool. Meals are served according to your request in the rustically furnished air-conditioned stone thatched dining room.

Enjoy the open air lounge & bar area and at night you can experience the magnificent starry night skies of the Kalahari from around the camp fire.

Beyond the hunt, these safaris offer a deeper connection to Botswana’s wild places. Guests experience the rhythms of true safari life—early mornings, long tracking sessions, quiet observation, and moments of intensity followed by reflection. This is not a manufactured experience, but a genuine immersion into one of Africa’s last remaining frontiers.
