DESCRIPTION:

This long established HFA Endorsed Outfitter welcomes you to Kansas. This outfitter has been in operation for over 50 years. They are located in the Southwest portion of the state. This area is arid and, at first glance, somewhat desolate, but for those in the know, it is a prime destination to hunt big whitetails and mule deer. With a wealth of local knowledge from a lifetime of ranching, this outfitter ranks with the best in the area to put you on big bucks in this region. With 12,000 acres of leased ground, hunters will be able to target and hunt mature bucks.

The main hunting method on this hunt is either ground blinds or spot and stalk. The terrain varies from the sand hill country to the woodland river-bottoms. The mule deer tend to stay in the sand hills, while the whitetail's can be found in both areas. This makes for some awesome hunting opportunities and diversity.

The outfitter offers a simple, rustic cabin on his ranch or you can stay in town at the local hotel. Either way the outfitter covers lodging and meals. Stands are in place year round and the outfitter has the bucks dialed. If you want to change things up, you can head to a near by glassing location and put a buck to bed for an afternoon stalk.

Kansas has a limited number of mule deer tags available for nonresident hunters. Our license application service will get you applied and you have the option of applying for mule deer at the time of application. Book the hunt planning to hunt whitetails and, if you are lucky, you may have an option to hunt mule deer.

If you prefer a small, hard working, knowledgeable outfitter, talk with us and we will get you a spot.
