ABOUT OUTFITTER:
This HFA Endorsed Outfitter has been a captain and offering transport hunts for years. With nearly a decade of experience transporting hunters and guiding anglers, their crew is committed to providing safe, professional, and unforgettable adventures. Their experience on the water and in the field ensures every trip is built around quality service, attention to detail, and an experience that will keep you coming back season after season.

HUNT DETAILS:
Experience an unforgettable 6-day, 5-night adventure ion the Kenia Peninsula. This trip combines the freedom of a transporter-supported hunt with guided fishing, creating a truly unique Alaskan experience. The Kenia Peninsula is renowned for its abundant wildlife, breathtaking scenery, and diverse hunting opportunities. Hunters may pursue Black Bears on this transported hunt. Days are typically spend glassing from the boat or going ashore into grassy bays or high mountain basins looking for a bear. When you’re not hunting, enjoy guided deep sea fishing for halibut, rock fish and other fish species.

It is important to understand that this is a transporter-supported hunt, not a guided big-game hunt. The transporter’s role is to safely transport hunters, equipment, and harvested game to and from hunting areas. They cannot assist with locating, tracking, or pursuing game. This means they cannot direct you where to hunt or provide hunting advice, provide maps or specific information for targeting game, assist with removing game from the field beyond transporting it back to the vessel, or assist with skinning, deboning, butchering, or processing harvested game. They also cannot provide hunting equipment needed to pursue or process game. Fishing, crabbing, and waterfowl hunting are guided experiences and include the appropriate equipment and assistance.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
Clients stay aboard a 1997 67-foot vessel designed to make your trip as comfortable and rewarding as possible. With four staterooms and two bathrooms, the vessel provides a comfortable blend of privacy and convenience throughout your hunt. The spacious deck offers plenty of room for fishing, relaxing, and handling your harvested game. Combined with comfortable accommodations and ample space, the vessel provides an ideal base camp for your Kodiak Island adventure.

LICENSE INFORMATION:
The required Alaska hunting and fishing license and applicable harvest tags may be purchased online prior to your hunt or over the counter from an authorized Alaska license vendor upon arrival.
