ABOUT OUTFITTER:
This HFA Endorsed Transporter offers an exciting spring black bear hunting experience based out of Homer, Alaska. Designed as a highly sought-after Do-It-Yourself adventure, this hunt takes place in areas known for their strong black bear populations. Typically beginning in mid-April, bears emerge from their dens and begin feeding along the shoreline.

Hunters will glass the coast from the comfort of a 50-foot custom catamaran, as well as explore nearby foothills and mountains on foot in pursuit of a bear. The vessel comfortably accommodates up to six hunters, offering ample sleeping space, seating, and deck area. All meals are included during the trip.

Guests can choose to spend the entire day on shore or arrange for convenient pick-ups and drop-offs throughout the day. Those who tag out early—or simply want a break from the weather—can enjoy world-class fishing for a variety of species. This trip is an ideal combination of rugged hunting, breathtaking Alaskan scenery, and exceptional angling opportunities.
