This exceptional 10,000-acre private ranch Cooperative Wildlife Management Unit (CWMU) in central Utah is renowned for producing quality trophy mule deer and provides some of the state's most desirable deer habitat. The property features a diverse landscape of timbered canyons, rolling sage hills, juniper flats, and dense oak-brush pockets, creating ideal conditions for mature bucks to thrive.
With only a limited number of trophy deer harvested each year, hunters have an outstanding opportunity to pursue bucks in the 170- to 190-inch class. The ranch's carefully managed deer population and low hunting pressure contribute to consistent encounters with mature, high-quality animals.
Hunters can choose from multiple season options, including archery hunts in August or rifle hunts running from early September through early November. Every hunt is guided one-on-one, providing personalized attention and maximizing each hunter's opportunity for success.
