Join HFA Endorsed Outfitter HFA368 for a late season trophy Mountain Goat hunt in the stunning glacial landscapes of Southeast Alaska’s Coastal Mountain Range. This region boasts the highest density of Mountain Goats in the world, with easy access via deep fjords. Year after year, this small team has maintained a 100% success rate on oversized billies, many exceeding the B&C all-time minimum. Hunters can expect to target mature billies averaging over 9”, with 10”+ being a real possibility. With seven full hunting days and only two hunters aboard, you’ll have the opportunity to be selective and hold out for a true trophy. This later season hunt produces long-haired billies, and hunts may include rut activity and snow, pushing Goats into more accessible terrain close to the shoreline. Unlike traditional Goat hunts, this boat-based adventure provides the comfort of a 50-foot vessel, offering warm accommodations, hot meals, expert guides, and breathtaking scenery.
