The base of the kit is a Patent-Pending Medical Grade Duct Tape. We removed the dirty rubber adhesive from the standard duct tape and applied a medical grade adhesive instead. It is safe for skin contact, and therefore, it can be used as a dressing on an open wound.
The center of the kit is a cloth that can be used as a sling. The cloth has 24 pockets that hold 70 important first aid supplies. With the products in the cloth, it rolls up and fits in the duct tape and slips into a convenient Cinch Sack.
