We just wrapped up our annual trade show season, and as always, it was a phenomenal experience. Our team is driven by member outcomes and real interaction, so this time of year is special for us. We get to see photos from your hunts, swap stories, and renew our own passion for the outdoors right alongside you.
Over the past few years, we’ve narrowed our trade show presence to two events—the annual Western Hunting & Conservation Expo in Salt Lake City, Utah, and the Safari Club International Convention in Nashville, Tennessee. Trade shows require a tremendous amount of preparation and follow-through for our team, so we’ve chosen to focus on maintaining a strong western presence and a strong eastern presence. That approach allows us to shake as many hands as possible while keeping our primary focus where it belongs—on your yearly hunt outcomes.
“From small mechanical bulls for the kids to an entire exhibit hall filled with vendors who welcome families with open arms…”
I’d like to extend an invitation to the Huntin’ Fool family to attend either one—or both—of these shows. Trade shows offer a sneak peek at new products and services designed to help you maximize your time in the field. There’s something different about seeing, feeling, and trying gear in person—talking directly with the designers and companies behind it—rather than just scrolling past it on a website.
As an added bonus this year, we operated the Stone Glacier booth at both shows, and were the only dealer that Crispin utilized for booth sales at the Hunt Expo. From tripods and optics to boots, backpacks, and clothing, we were able to help members explore options and custom-fit gear for their upcoming hunts. There’s real value in dialing in those details face-to-face, especially when you’re preparing for a hunt you’ve been planning for years.
The Hunt Expo in Salt Lake is especially family friendly. From small mechanical bulls for the kids to an entire exhibit hall filled with vendors who welcome families with open arms, it’s a great way to bridge the gap between your passion for hunting and your commitment to spending quality time with your family. It turns a hunting trip into a shared experience.
If you attend either of these shows next year, we’d genuinely love to shake your hand, visit face-to-face, and help you map out your application and hunting strategy. At the end of every trade show season, we ask our team for feedback. The most consistent response from those who staff our booths is simple: “We love meeting our members and visiting with them about their hunts and hunt plans. That’s not scripted—it’s sincere.”
We’re blessed to spend our time immersed in the hunting industry, and that passion shows when you stop by to say hello. Thank you for your continued support. We hope to see you at a show next year.
