This HFA Endorsed Outfitter has been providing quality-hunting trips since 1953. Their family has been in the area since the early 1900’s and has hunted the surrounding area since then. Their hunts take place in units 54,55, 66 & 67, on the Gunnison National Forest, and Bureau of Land Management Land. Their large permitted area provides their clients with a tremendous amount of quality areas to hunt. Their family pride shows in their experienced & professional guides, their base and spike camps, their home cooked meals, as well as their experienced and well maintained horses and equipment. This outfit takes a sincere interest in each client and their well being. Base camp is located on the South side of Mount Crested Butte and is accessible by vehicle.

The Gunnison Country is historic mule deer country and some monster bucks have been harvested in the areas they hunt. With limited mule deer licenses and high buck doe ratios, trophy mule deer are no longer a thing of the past. They take pride in finding their clients a trophy mule deer buck.
