Antelope Hunting:
This is one of their favorite hunts for both beginning hunters as well as experienced clients. Not only are you able to hunt all day long, but you are virtually assured of non stop action. They have hundreds of antelope on their ranches and have harvested numerous Boone and Crockett animals over the years. With the right seasonal conditions, top end antelope will measure between 16"-17" and scores will be in the mid 80's.
Pronghorn hunts are also one of the most affordable big game hunts they offer. It is a great hunt for those who want to experience the west for the first time. The weather during antelope season is usually some of the nicest we experience all year long. The success rates approach 100% on these hunts year after year.
The tags are on a drawing basis with June 1st being the deadline to apply. We will gladly assist you in the application process. It is also possible to combo an antelope hunt with a deer hunt during the last 2 weeks of October.
Lodge:
Their lodge is one of the nicest in eastern Montana; where you walk in the door and feel you're home. They are located in SE Montana...the heart of Big Game Country! Their facility can accommodate large hunting groups, parties, conferences, venues, and team lodging. They have an on-site chef who prepares homemade meals from scratch during hunting season. They have a huge common area with TVs and wet bar, conference equipment including classroom space and projector with screen. They also have an outdoor shooting range for firearms and archery along with trap shooting on sight.
Hunting Terrain:
Guided archery hunts & guided rifle hunts take place exclusively on over 250,000 acres of private property. Typical terrain varies from dry rolling grasslands, creek bottoms to rough, steep canyons with scattered timber throughout. The ranches vary greatly from one another in size, terrain, habitat and ease of access. This diversity allows them to place each hunter on the ranch that best suits their needs & personal hunting style.
Wildlife Management:
They pride themselves on careful wildlife management with strategic harvest planning on each ranch. Each year, their ranches go through careful biological assessments, where the animals are counted, aged, calf/fawn production studies are performed, and harvest rates are established. This information is then used to determine the upcoming year's harvest objectives.
