ABOUT OUTFITTER:
In 2019 this HFA endorsed outfitter and his family decided to purchase some tags of their own, and begin outfitting. Their dedication has made them a premier outfitters in the Peace River area of Alberta. They offer Moose, Deer, Black Bear, Water Fowl, and Trap Line Tours. Over the past several seasons, they have expanded their area, amount of tags they possess, and built a beautiful lodge all while maintaining the intimate approach to their operation.

HUNT DETAILS:
For those seeking a classic Canadian wilderness experience and a chance at a mature bull moose, this November hunt in Northern Alberta delivers unmatched adventure and opportunity. Conducted near the famed Peace River Country, this hunt takes place in a region known for its high moose density, expansive terrain, and impressive bulls.

Prime Late Season Hunting
This outfitter focuses on late-season bull moose hunting, when the bulls begin grouping together and migrating toward winter feeding grounds. The conditions during November typically feature frozen ground and some snow, which helps make travel and tracking easier. This transitional period is ideal for covering large swaths of land efficiently and locating bulls as they move through open terrain and timber.

Hunters can expect to cover a lot of ground daily using a combination of trucks, ATVs, Ski-Doos, or Argos, depending on weather and terrain conditions. The varied landscapes of boreal forest, meadows, and frozen lowlands allow for spot-and-stalk and glassing-style hunting, with excellent visibility in the snow-dusted wilderness.

This outfitter boasts a 90% opportunity rate, with bulls averaging 35” spreads, and the real potential to encounter larger, mature bulls. Thanks to decades of experience and thorough preseason scouting, hunters are placed in high-percentage areas and guided by professionals who know the land and moose behavior well.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
Nestled in the serene Peace River region of Alberta, this five-star chalet-style log cabin offers the perfect blend of luxury and rustic charm. Guests indulge in gourmet cuisine crafted from the finest local ingredients, paired with exceptional hospitality. The elegantly appointed cabin features spacious accommodations, a cozy stone fireplace, and stunning views of the surrounding wilderness. Evenings are filled with camaraderie around the pool table, laughter echoing through the warm, timbered interior. Whether unwinding in plush comfort or savoring world-class dining, this retreat promises an unforgettable experience, where nature’s beauty meets refined relaxation in a tranquil, breathtaking setting.

The outfitter bases out of cabin camp on many of his late moose hunts. There is a shower and power and internet as well as Wifi calling. If the Moose are not in this area at the time you may move over to a wall tent camp and trapline cabin. This is a more rustic but still comfortable.
