This black bear hunt takes place on over 2 million acres of federally designated tribal land, known for minimal hunting pressure and giant bears. Special permitting allows the outfitter to hunt both on the reservation and adjacent national forests, giving hunters a flexible and expansive range. Hunting methods include hounds, baited set-ups, and spot-and-stalk depending on the season and hunter preference. Spring and Fall hunts are both available, with nearly 100% success rates.
