HUNT DETAILS:
Arizona holds some of the healthiest and best-managed bighorn populations in the country, and select units in the state produce mature, trophy-class rams with real consistency. This outfitter has decades of experience in those units and knows them well enough to plan a hunt around a specific ram rather than hoping one turns up. Spot and stalk is the method. Scouting is done well before a hunter arrives, and once the hunt begins the work is glassing, patiently and from a distance, until a ram is located and his pattern understood.
