HUNT DETAILS:
The hunting grounds in western Wyoming are renowned for offering some of the finest Trophy Mule Deer hunting in the world. This region has the perfect combination of elements needed to produce world-class bucks: superior genetics, abundant vegetation, high mountain basins, natural winter ranges, and rugged terrain with ample cover. These features provide an ideal habitat, allowing bucks to mature into true trophies and clients can expect to hunt bucks in the 160-190 inch class with some over 200 inches being killed each year.
Because much of this terrain is remote and challenging, hunters are encouraged to prepare physically to maximize their chances of success. Each morning, well before daylight, you and your guide will ride horseback to the day’s designated hunting area. From there, most of the hunt will be conducted on foot. You’ll spend the day moving between strategic vantage points, carefully glassing the valleys and hillsides in search of that once-in-a-lifetime trophy buck. The spot-and-stalk method is the most effective approach for harvesting these magnificent animals, offering an exciting and rewarding hunting experience in the breathtaking Wyoming wilderness.
