HUNT DETAILS:
They have Access to over 4,000 ACRES of intensely managed properties holding TRUE Iowa giants. This ranch has been carefully managed over the years by the landowner and has received very minimal pressure over the years. The land is made up of corn fields, creek bottom, food plots and everything these deer need to grow big! The outfitter is opening has the ability to now offer a few guided hunts each year where they will target bucks that are 5.5 or older or 150 minimum.. Hunters can expect the opportunity to see and harvest 150-170+ class bucks! There are established box blinds, tree stands, and ground blinds throughout the property.

You will stay in a full-service hunting lodge where Luxury meets comfort. This lodge is the perfect place to come back after a day of hunting to relax and unwind.

LICENSE INFORMATION:
Archery in zone 5 usually takes 6 points, where gun seasons can be much easier to draw where 1 point will be around 75% chance of drawing. Huntin Fool's License Application Service will apply you for this tag to at the time of application ($65).
