About my property: My property is low elevation 6300' juniper forest with sage flats at the base of Mesa Verde near Cortez. Just below my property are alfalfa fields where the deer feed and then they bed down on my property. Currently there is a group of bucks in this pattern, captured on game cam on August 22. The group was confirmed by sighting on August 30, this time the count was verified at 6, all antlered. My property has not been hunted in over 12 years and their is zero hunting pressure here. We get groups of bucks every year and based on past years, I expect these guys will be around all month. Video, images, and more land and logistics details available to serious inquiries. This is for an LPP voucher, which involves a one-time transfer and then you redeem at a CPW office.
