DESCRIPTION:

Towering peaks, clear rivers, and abundant wildlife will greet you when you land at this outfitter's base camp in the heart of the Alaska Range. The region this HFA Endorsed Outfitter guides in has excellent genetics and low hunter pressure resulting in some of the best trophy potential for bull caribou in Alaska. The first hunt will be conducted 21-30 August and the second 21-30 September. ATVs and jet boats are used to facilitate hunts out of his cabin and tent camps in this area. Hunters should expect to cover ground on this hunt as these caribou are not migrating or traveling in a specific direction. You will find these caribou moving throughout the region and they could be crossing the valley floor or resting high on a mountain peak. This is not a high density population but it is high quality. If big caribou are on your list we recommend this hunt.

Bears tend to feed heavily in berry patches late in the summer and early fall creating a perfect spot and stalk scenario. Hunters can harvest a brown / grizzly bear on a trophy fee if they coordinate prior.
