The Huntin' Fool 2008 Story Contest

The Huntin’ Fool magazine wants to publish your hunting story and give you literally hundreds of dollars in gear and prizes. Not only do we want to see your story in print so does Adventure Outfitters, Fort Knox, Hilleberg Tents, Hornady, Kenetrek, Lathrop & Sons, Leaf River, Leupold, RealTree, Sitka Mountain Gear, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Thompson Long Range Shooting, Wilderness Athlete, FNAWS, MDF, and RMEF.
We will publish approximately 200 hunting stories in the 2008 Huntin’ Fool monthly magazines. These stories will come from the hunts you go on during the 2007 season. In recent years, over 90% of stories submitted to us ended up making print—the odds of being published are in your favor! Each person who submits a story, with exclusive rights to The Huntin’ Fool, will immediately receive a Huntin’ Fool Advantage Max-1 hat plus a Huntin’ Fool “Collector’s Edition” Browning skinning knife and a Huntin’ Fool Browning folding knife, a total value of $95 just for submitting a story. Of the stories submitted, approximately 200 will be published and the authors will all receive a package of gear and certificates toward the purchase of gear, from the sponsors listed above, which has a total value of $1,700.
Obviously, 12 of these stories will be our cover stories for 2008. In December of 2008 1 of those 12 authors will be drawn in a random drawing for our 2008 Story Contest Grand Prize with a total value of $15,000, which includes a 2008 Honda Rancher 4x4 ATV! Something this big has never been done before.
We will only be accepting stories from members of our service, so if you have a good story and aren’t a member of The Huntin’ Fool yet, join our service then submit your story. Everyone who submits their story is a winner! Once you submit your story you will immediately receive a $95 gear package, then you will receive $1,700 in gear and certificates toward gear when your story is published. If your photo is featured on the cover you are then eligible for $15,000 worth of gear if you win the cover contest—good hunting and good luck!
