2008 Story Contest Exclusivity Contract
I, (insert your name here) am submitting an article and photos from my 2007 (insert species here) hunt in (insert state or province here) to The Huntin' Fool Magazine. I have submitted this story for the 2008 Story Contest and would like to receive my Huntin' Fool hat and 2 Huntin' Fool Knives immediately. I understand that in return for the prizes I will receive and the prizes I am eligible to receive valued at up to $15,000, I agree not to submit my story, description of this hunt, or any photos from this hunt to any other magazines or websites. If I allow use of my story in any of these fashions my story will not be entered in the 2008 Story Contest. In essence The Huntin' Fool has exclusive rights to my story for the 2008 calendar year.
